Shipping Policy

Order processing & dispatch
Every order is carefully packed and quality-checked before it leaves us. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of being placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day
- You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched
- During sale periods or high-demand drops, dispatch may take slightly longer
Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–5 days, depending on your location within Pakistan.
- Major cities typically receive orders on the faster end of this window
- Remote or smaller towns may take a little longer
- Total time from order to delivery is generally 5–8 days
Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number and link so you can follow your package to your doorstep. If you have any trouble accessing your tracking information, reach out and we’ll help you locate your order.
Shipping coverage
We currently ship to all cities and towns across Pakistan served by our courier partners. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, message us before placing your order and we’ll confirm.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking link for the latest courier update
- Allow an extra 1–2 days, as occasional courier delays do happen
- If there’s still no movement, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the courier on your behalf
