We do our best to represent every item accurately, including condition, measurements, fabric, and visible flaws.

All products are pre-owned and sold as-is, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the listing. By purchasing a pre-owned item, you acknowledge it may show natural signs of age or previous wear, in line with its stated condition.

Placing an order does not guarantee fulfilment. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, including for: stock issues (common with one-of-a-kind pieces), suspected fraud, pricing/product errors, or inability to verify or deliver to the address. If we cancel, we issue a full refund for any amount paid.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed when you place your order. If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we’ll contact you before proceeding and you may continue at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include bank transfer, cash on delivery, and other options. Full payment (or confirmation, for cash on delivery) is required before an order is processed.

The Playback Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Pakistani law. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
