Once an order is dispatched and tracking is shared, risk of loss passes to the courier. We will assist in resolving courier issues where possible but cannot be held liable for delays or damage caused by third-party couriers.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every Playback purchase to feel right.

Archive & Vintage Pieces

Items may be exchanged within 5 days of delivery if they arrive with a significant undisclosed flaw or if the wrong item was sent.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection where measurements were clearly provided
• Characteristics inherent to vintage goods (slight fading, softening of fabric, natural aging)

Sale vintage items are final sale.

Playback Originals

New merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Send clear photographs of the issue
3. Wait for authorisation — unauthorised returns will not be processed
