Playback is a curated clothing store based in Pakistan, offering premium vintage, archive, and original merchandise to customers across Pakistan. Our inventory includes carefully sourced pre-loved and vintage pieces as well as, from time to time, original Playback-branded products designed and produced by us.

2. Our Products

Playback sells two categories of product:

• Archive & Vintage pieces — pre-owned items personally sourced and inspected before listing. Each is a one-of-a-kind find. Natural characteristics of vintage clothing — including slight fading, minor repairs, softening of fabric, and natural aging — are features of the pieces, not defects.
• Playback Originals — brand new merchandise designed and produced by Playback. These items are sold as new and are subject to standard quality expectations for new goods.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. We display full prices upfront — there are no hidden charges added at checkout.

4. Placing an Order

Orders may be placed through our website, Instagram DM, or any other official channel. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch if a pricing error, stock discrepancy, or other issue is identified, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

5. Payment

We accept payment via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and other agreed digital payment methods. Payment is required in full before dispatch. Cash on delivery (COD) may be available in select areas. Playback does not store your financial information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is on us. We currently deliver within Pakistan. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days. Once dispatched and tracking is shared, risk of loss passes to the courier.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Archive & Vintage: Exchange within 5 days of delivery for significant undisclosed flaws or wrong item. No returns for change of mind or size issues where measurements were provided. Sale items are final sale.

Playback Originals: Return or exchange within 7 days if defective, damaged, or significantly different from description. Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags intact.

8. Sizing & Fit

For vintage pieces, sizing differs significantly from modern conventions. We provide measurements for all items — please refer to these rather than the label size. We cannot accept returns based on fit if measurements were clearly provided.

9. Consumer Rights

Playback operates in compliance with Pakistan’s Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002. You have the right to accurate product information, honest pricing, and fair treatment.

10. Privacy & Data

We collect only the information necessary to process your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required to fulfil your order. Your data is handled in accordance with Pakistan’s applicable data protection standards and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016.

11. Intellectual Property

All content associated with Playback — including photography, copy, branding, logo, original designs, and merchandise — is the property of Playback and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Playback’s liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages arising from your purchase. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable Pakistani consumer law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued shopping with us after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
